Hello,

who has purchased something from this website and are they a reliable supplier? They appear to be from the website and their presence in record collector magazine.

I had a bad experience about a year ago when I went to purchase something from encore; I placed the order and heard nothing for about a week, then got a call from my credit card company saying someone in the middle east had tried to debit my credit card ( I put it down to this internet transaction, i maybe wrong) I eventually heard back form encore apologising they had been away for holidays, but I lost confidence.

Any thoughts?
