i’m not sure what to think of it if i’m being honest.
its a little acid trip. on a positive note though i still love the band and the song.
what do you guys think?
oh, and on SP.com they were bringing up Zero, because it too had the whole fucked up hedonistic party theme.

ok, i’ve watched a few times. its still weird and i’m still not sure about it. i think its better than Superchrist? though. and i like Billy in it, but you know he’s Billy.
other than that i don’t know.
oh, and i know you guys haven’t seen it yet, but when you do tell me- do you think the women in white (white outfit, hair, etc) whose kind of dancing looks a smidge like Darcy? of course its not her, but i’m reminded of her. i think its just the features, the paleness, and the white hair though.

I just watched it too.I must agree with Blue about that chick that looked like Darcy abit, of course it was not her.I liked the bunny scene alot, the background of the bunny scene was also very beautiful.In the end of the vids, i think the last second of the vid you see billy with a white Zero shirt on just standing there, i found that pretty cool.In all its a so so vid, thought ist better then Superchrist, that vid was crap.

To be honest i like it a lot
Superchrist was nice, but boring. And i didn’t get the idea of it. I read an interview with Justin Coloma about the video, and thought that the idea of getting simple, with the nurses and the people jaming was the goal of it, but i find it boring.
This one i think is even better than Tarantula video, because that video was nice… but nothing that great.
At least on this the band look casual and super cool, and the contrast between the band playing and the \"sex, drugs and rock and roll\" party going on is cool. I feel it connects with the lyrics, like \"one last trip to hell\" and then the pary thing representing that.Well these are my two cents
The bunny thing is cool too.
When i saw the video stills i wasn’t impressed at all… but now i’m surprised in a positive way

well I love when Billy’s eyes open up big! It’s near the beginning. I got a Anakin Skywalker vibe from Billy with the black lights and him wearing his hoodie. I absolutely love the bunny scene! Overall it’s a good message if people listen to the message of what the video plus lyrics are stating… But unfortunately most people won’t get that message, they will continue to keep on fucking, druggin up, & drinking up, thinking that is the way to have a good time in life. I know he is not trying to glorify the sex and drugs, just the rock and roll, but like I said most people will not get it in the sense that he is trying to make a statement!

i still don’t dig it that much really- it is just kind of so so to me. i think the jury is still out though. like everybody else said its better than the others as of late, but its just not the most amazing vid i’ve seen out of them. i miss the old vids and its not so much of a matter of not accepting the \"new SP\" ( i love all pumpkin eras) as much as its a matter of quality. i think they had higher quality production and better concepts. and on a more recent note- Walking Shade was super cool as well. i just miss that kind of stuff.
i do like the bunnies though. they are a weird inclusion, but they are funny.
and i like Billy and the Zero shirt and the \"trip to hell part.\" and i will say i was surprised too. i did think this would be crap on the order of Superchrist from the stills and its not. -

That girl reminded me of D’arcy as well, although, I think it’s purely coincidental.
I like how that band is in their mid forties (BC/JC at least) and they are still making relevant videos. This one seems supercool because Jimmy and Billy are just themselves. And everyone else is doing things that the Pumpkins probably did circa 94-96ish.
So it’s almost a juxtapostion of two times. And it feels like SP are nodding to a era gone by for them, but recognizing that youth still goes through it to reach \"the other side\". And that it’s somewhat okay, not preaching, telling the youth that it’s wrong.
Cinematographically, not that great. Imagery and statement wise, very cool.
