Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorso has anyone seen a cd version of look to the sky without any bonus tracks?
or are the bonus tracks "cd only" bonus tracks, instead of "uk only"?[/quote:3bk7rj7l]maybe the extra tracks are exclusive to the "look to the sky" release[/quote:3bk7rj7l]
ahahaha.well, the bonus tracks aren’t included on the vinyl record. so in that way they could be considered "cd only" (if they appear on every cd copy).
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorooh, a meetup!
the date and the occasion are wrong though. (it’s my dad’s 60th birthday, and i don’t care enough about james iha to go see him live.)
and it’s quite far out.

Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori contacted sound performance. i was unsure if it was EU or UK, but it’s confirmed UK now[/quote:3r18leix]
cool.can you also adjust the SPfreaks entry (add the IFPI codes to the matrix code)?

Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorThis also makes more sense: weren’t the two bonus tracks supposed to be included on the UK release only? (Even though it’s sold in more places than just the UK, apparently. In what kind of shop was this bought in the Netherlands, by the way?)
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori know, arthur. i know.
too late now. look what you’ve done, marigold!
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorWhen i saw the 88 on the t-shirt i immediately linked it to the first year of SP…or is that 87?
[/quote:1b53q82s]
don’t go there!
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorCouldn’t find this promo tape on spfreaks.com though…[/quote:2m8m2qd1]
it’s here: http://www.spfreaks.com/default.aspx?pa … &item=1686
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorsurely eil.com is less interesting price-wise?
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatoryou buy new releases through eil.com???
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorplease don’t use eil.com as a price reference.
this is still too expensive, in my opinion, but it seems more reasonable than the other prices out there.
[list:2ajy3ryf]: CDN$ 110.46 (= US$ 111.74 = £ 69.67 = ⬠85.51)
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorhahaha!
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorCAVEAT: I can’t actually confirm that there is in fact a S/M because I only saw the one they guy brought out from the back for me to buy (which was a L/XL) I heard him on the walkie talkie talking to guest services asking which of the sizes I wanted.[/quote:djt2caeh]
has the S/M size been confirmed in the mean time? or do all copies have L/XL so far?also, this L/XL, is this one size, something between L and XL? or do some boxes contain an L, and do others have an XL t-shirt? (or do they all contain an XL t-shirt?)
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori don’t like the shirt.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorRE: the picture sleeve. It’s not too small for the record. It’s probably cut to exactly fit the single. The width is fine and holds the vinyl perfectly. It is just alot shorter than most sleeves. So when I put the record in an inner paper sleeve, the inner sticks out of the top by quite a bit.[/quote:qrz6xmq8]
ok, that doesn’t sound as bad as those reissue sleeves.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatoror a rotated infinity symbol.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori think it’s a three and a mirrored three.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectator…
You have your choice of S/M or L/XL for the shirt and I think that it is glow in the dark.
…
The single is nice but the picture sleeve is very small.[/quote:9uwn5apb]
thanks for all the info.
interesting to see that they also have s/m, and not just l/xl.weren’t the sleeves for the gish and/or siamese dream reissues too small? (i can’t remember which reissue it was.)
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatoryep. you’re definitely stretching it.
i think numbers shouldn’t be stretched. it hurts my math heart.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectator– the square of 88 is 7744. i find that endlessly amusing, if you’re into palindromic numbers[/quote:kl04pv8m]
7744 isn’t palindromic though.but it is quite special that a square ends up looking like that: [url:kl04pv8m]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7744_%28number%29[/url:kl04pv8m]
88 and 7,744 form a unique pair. There appear to be no other squares which are composed of exactly two contiguous groups of multiple equal digits, that is, its digits form the pattern nnn…n mmm…m.[/quote:kl04pv8m]
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorif anyone else has a spare copy, i’m also interested.
[edit: request filled – no longer looking for a copy]
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatornow, the 1,666 and 88 are interesting. but i don’t know why and have no knowledge thereof.[/quote:1r4pjcxm]
there’s nothing interesting about 1666 or the relation between 1666 and 88. i’m a math expert, so i know what i’m talking about.88 however is the neonazi code for "heil hitler". (h is the eighth letter of the alphabet.) you’re free to find that interesting, if that’s how you roll.
