Who has listened to the vinyl already, and can confirm this?

i have not listened to the vinyl. i don’t own any equipment worthy of playing ANY record, let alone this one. maybe i’ll work on that, but i probably won’t.

No vinyl available in NZ yet…I’ve checked the major music stores here (there’s 2).
It’s even listed first on this site: http://www.realgroovy.co.nz/
I see Linkin Park posters everywhere but nothing for SP

I barely ever go to the homepage

with the shipping costs, the Gish vinyl is $42 US…that’s about $NZ53, but in the store here they are $40!

maybe they’ll have the vinyl in time, but I would have thought they’d put it out at the same time as the CD…hmmm

OK, I might have a monster turntable set-up but no issues whatsoever here with the vinyl issue of Oceania; no distortions, all clean as a whistle

…and I’m with Sven. I have only a modest setup by all accounts (~$1,000) but I don’t notice any distortion or clipping or unwelcomed interference.

i don’t think monster set-up means the same thing as modest set-up.
