This is my tape. The guy I got this from and BC told me the same story. Virgin had sent a rep to see SP play. Virgin had been somewhat on the edge to sign SP and had asked for maybe another song or two to see more faucets of the band. This was the tape that sealed the deal with Virgin Records

Will update tonight. This is from a small batch of items that I send in for the Memorabilia Mondays. Although the middleman said that Billy had not so much information on the things I send in, to my pleasant surprise I found this one online though.
