i can’t wait to read the rest.
i reread what billy said about the fans, and i don’t think he is exactly wrong, i just think that maybe he is mistaken. alot of older fans still love them, there are the certin few who are upset with the direction things are going, but as they said in the interview, they have to change, it is the artists evolution. everything changes, and to be upset for people to grow as an artist is silly. i got off track, but i do think they are gaining new younger fans, but most people who were fans way back when still love the band and make up an older demographic.
i think i just confused myself.
but good interview, i did love sven’s question and billy & jimmy’s answer.
i heard jill talk about this on the last hu opdcast, i don’t have time to read it right now, but i did see the thing about the fanbase being younger again. i don’t really agree with billy on that. but more on that later.
i think with freedom you have more responsability, but that is a good thing. i think we can be harmonious in freedom, if we all take responsiablity for our own actions, which doesn’t always happen, but there is the hope of it, and i think hope is very important. i don’t think you can be harmonious if you are told what to do and when to do it, and if you don’t we will beat you with a stick.

i would say that is the start of harmony, not being under a governments thumb.

well for me, i was brought up in an organized religion, southern baptist (scary i know). but as i grew up i felt detached from it. and i have looked into many religoins. the one that i feel most in tune with is buddhism. i belive in rencarnation, as i am pretty sure i have had past lives. and i hope to be a better person every day. although it doesn’t always work. i am trying to find a temple in my area, but not so easy.
i think that god is a nice idea, the loving one, not the one that most people portray him/her to be. but i don’t know that god is out there. if you learn about the bible’s beginings it is kinda hard to take it at face value, which is what church wants you to do.
but i think that any religon that teaches love and acceptace is fine by me. we all need more of that, i try to be that way, but people make it so hard.

hey it’s early and i am a grouch in the morning. anyways i stand by that coment.
and i think it is just fine for billy to do the same setlist, i don’t care, i just want to see them play. i can’t wait to see them. sucks about the gish boxset.
that guy is a dummy, you don’t tell billy that playing the same songs every night is bullshit. he is in charge, whatever he wants to do he can do, so shut the flip up and enjoy that you even get to see them.

can you just tell me what it said or cut and paste, i couldn’t get the damn pop up ads that aren’t really pop ups to go the fuck away, so i couldn’t read anything.
i am excited, but i am at a loss for ideas. my creativity has been zapped, i haven’t even worked on any of my stories lately. i think i might try drawing this evening, or maybe some photography this weekend, maybe that will jumpstart my mind.
i just want it to be great.
well i am sad about it too. but if it does happen i might just have to send one of you over there some money to get me one and send it this way.
that is what i was thinking when i was looking at the pics, i would have been scared a zombie would come and get me. i would want milla j with me then.
