      yes; he did write Disarm and Today when he was down and out…
      that was in 1992…

      hearing BC now in this interview makes it all come together and it all makes total ‘sense’…

      Although I can’t stand the always ‘enthusiastically’ screaming Zane Lowe, I did gave it a listen.

      It blew me back 18 years in age during that moment, so thanks for the advice!
