Is this an SP song?

While looking through a website with B-sides, rarities, etc… I came across a post with an unknown SP song.. They were putting their heads together trying to figure it out, I gave it a listen and do not recognize it… Just curious if anyone on here might know possibly if it is or isn’t… To me, it sounds like something that could be from the Adore Era to newer or even possibly a Zwan song.. Here is what the author said

The track info lists it as coming from Rarities & B-Sides II which I could also find no information on…

it’s not an sp song.
i believe this was made by some guy that wanted to demonstrate his sp inspired guitar set up and effects.
it’s been called feelium, but it clearly isn’t.
