      i only have the aud#2 source in which TtEoR cuts in. anyone have the aud#1?

      here you go jawn: http://www.sendspace.com/file/rtjnl5

      Smashing Pumpkins
      11-03-97
      Aragon Ballroom
      Chicago, IL

      Source: AT822 -> Sony TCD-D8
      Lineage: DAT(c) -> CDR -> EAC -> FLAC

      Smashing Pumpkins

      01 Thru the Eyes of Ruby (beginning cuts in)
      02 Zero
      03 Tonight, Tonight
      04 Porcelina of the Vast Oceans
      05 Muzzle

      Notes: *Despite the crappy acoustics at the Aragon, this is
      a pretty decent recording.
      *In between opening for the Stones the band found the
      time to help Janes Addiction kick off their comeback tour.
      The Pumpkins were a surprise late addition to the bill.The
      music was a very short, no surprises set of MCIS material.
      The real quirk to this performance was Billy’s attire, a
      slinky red velvet dress and red wig.

      I just got word via email that NIN and JA are touring together under the term \"NINJA\".

      and NIN just kinda ‘died’ tonight, or: is in the ‘dying’ stages right now—

      the shows thus far on the ‘WAVE GOODBYE’-tour, especially the one @ HMH in Amsterdam, plus some in the US (with the FULL THE DOWNWARD SPIRAL in sequence played live!!!) have been awesome and amazing!!!—

      yes-
      > apart from TSP I do like and love other music and bands too! :)
      > NIN is one of them / those!-
      > i’ve seen them quite a lot before and on this tour now!-
      > it’s good and OK it’s over and done with in this form / format; still: the ‘final performance’ of HURT— ouch…

    • #26309

      yeah, the final performance… so sad. maybe someday Trent will change his mind and get back into it. i am just glad that i got to see NIN live at least once.
