      Can someone please explain who is singing and swinging on this one? Doesn’t quite sound like Billy although you can almost hear him in the background?

      At first listen I just assumed Billy was singing strangely to be silly. However we did have this chat awhile ago so then I new a little more thanks to Arthur 8)
