So for the 2 new vinyls, I’m going to list these as WWMM and AP 7\" singles, w/ the respective B sides, unless anyone objects.

      Thoughts?

Sounds right. Those are both the A sides of the singles. No objections here.

also, you know, nearly a year later, i remember that i couldn’t quite make out the matrix codes on either of these fuckers.

what do you guys think they say?

We have them in the SPfreaks.com database already, without matrix codes indeed.

      My database says:
AP is 1003X30 and WWMM is 1003X33
but to be sure, I will double check when I get home after work.

BTW, I also have the Teargarden Theme listed as 1002X63.

Does anybody know what pressing plant is being used for these singles?

      WWMM 7\" Side A:
      1003×33.A
(the point is raised at the height of -, but it’s clearly a . and not a –
this remark also counts for the next points

      A+R.D91195. or A+R.DqIIqs.
(i can’t really tell. can anyone else give their opinion on this one?)

      SPGII

      Side B:

for either of these singles, are anyone else’s marbled with black vinyl?

    • #41530

i saw an astral planes on ebay yesterday and it looked like it was marbled with black. but it could have been the picture/lighting.

i believe all the other copies i’ve seen are completely red.

actually, no, that’s not the lighting. there clearly is some black in there.

i’m going to check my copy of wwmm later. it’s possible i didn’t pay attention to this.

yeah, i picked that copy up because of the marble. guessing i thought it was a little rare, but maybe they all have some black in them?

    • #41533

aw you bastardo! i wanted this. (don’t care about the marble though.)

      Never noticed this before.

      WWMM-some marble(less than auction pic).

      AP-virtually none(but some).

i have two WWMMs and neither have even remote marbling.

      my original AP doesn’t either.

i set these aside to review the matrix codes against what bram and mirrorboxer’s are, and i’ll try to update that listing as well.

    • #41539

just checked: no marbling found at all on my copy of wwmm 7\".

It looks like A&R Records, out of Dallas, TX.

Thanks Bram. I have the same thing. Except for the Dallas part :P Either way, I updated accordingly, minus the . or – part. I know it’s there, it’s also between the A+R and Dallas on mine, so I am just sort of ignoring it. Hope that’s not wrong?

Also, one of the releases is DAllAS, another is Dallas. Strange, but means same thing.
