looks like a single that was given out for free, for promotion. but it’s just the regular single, with something that looks like a card from someone from caroline, and a post-it note. even if it’s real, it’s not all that special, in my opinion.

this would be very easy to make yourself. and this doesn’t prove anything, but the post-it note looks rather new to me…

It’s completely insane to justify that an item is a geniune promo based solely on a sticky note. Therefore, the seller needs to stick it up his ass.
