it’s the delabel promo, but w/o the green insert. i asked arthur about this about a year or so ago, and we concluded it was offcial, even w/o the green insert.

i don’t expect the hardcore collectors to be interested, as it would be like buying a JP release w/o the obi…however, on the flipside, it has a unique matrix code. it COULD be an earlier version of the very same promo. i have no way of knowing.

i’ll post some pics today for comparison.
