there is this band "the sound of animals fighting" they’re a side project band complied of different people from different bands. anyway, when they play live, its a huge specacle with 2, sometimes 3 singers, 2 drummers, 2 guitarists, a bassist, and dancers, and a big video screen, and two people on either side of the stage interpretive painting on huge canvasas creating awesome shit. they’de work on their paintings for like 3 songs or so, then either tear them down, or erase them (i couldn’t tell) and then start new ones. and all the musicians wear different animal masks onstage. some of the coolest shows i’ve been to! there are videos on youtube if you wanna check em out. they also put out a dvd of the shows.

they could start with the kids that were dropped off in nebraska because of the safe-haven law. those kids are probably pain in the asses. actually, thats a horrible thing to say. alot of them were dropped off because of mental disability issues.

i heard about this right after it happened. his mother has been gining updates on his condition through the deftones myspace. needless to say, i was pretty devastated to hear that a member of one of my favorite bands is in a coma. i’ve seen them 13 times. i know he’s gonna pull through, he’s got buddah on his side. chi is such a good guy, a real humanitarian, god won’t let him leave us yet.
