I’ve seen Daysofthephoenix post in one of the other threads…

      (…)
I’m going to a Creed concert tonight because some kid gave my sister and me free tickets.

… and that got me curious: Post your shows/concerts/festivals that you’ve attended or will attend the next weeks/months, this year.

My concert season will start next week ( :? ) with the Pearl Jam show in Berlin.

And here is my schedule for the next months:
      august:
      – pearl jam, berlin, germany
      september:
      – tori amos, düsseldorf , germany
      october:
      – marillion, oberhausen, germany
      – jan garbarek, aachen, germany

We (me and my girlfriend) bought tickets for Within Temptation, Haarlem, April 2010. The only luxury we afford ourselves these days, since we are a bit on a budget… But it is her favourite band, so we didn’t want to miss out on this concert. We managed to get seats in the exact middle of the theatre, on row 10, which is just perfect!

Pixies are cool. I’ve seen them in 2004, and man what a show! They played outdoors in the evening in front of 25,000 people and the ground was literally shaking of all the people jumping up and down, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth and my voice was gone, so I couldn’t speak in a week.

Benway, how was the Pearl Jam concert?

It sucks that they didn’t visit Sweden during this tour.

Just a great british band who tour their arses off,do great albums, and dont follow trends.

They were once really popular, but as soon as they didnt make three minute pop songs, they were dropped by their label(twice) and by alot of their so-called fans/

      I love these guys!

Hope you check them out!

oh and Chris Cornell was AMAZING – when he plays acoustic versions of the songs (like Fell on Black Days, Like a Stone, Black Hole Sun) he turns them into such beautiful songs – and he also does an awesome cover of Billie Jean (Michael Jackson) sounds quite different – its Cornell-style! :)

This video is not from where I was, I was on the balcony on the back. The venue, Ziggo Dome, was packed with 16,000 people, and they all jumped, bounced, sang-a-long and had a fucking great time!
