I wouldn’t be too surprised if there were 25 copies but I can’t imagine there are more than that. The fact that these had album art at the “in-house” level says something.
I think that these are made as a internal promotional pitch for M2.
I don’t totally believe the story of M2 being a “final fuck you” narrative. I think there’s more to the story.Also I’ve acquired a 2nd copy of “Moon”. Was told that Moon originally was released without a J-Card then a J-Card was added later

show contract for the Smashing Pumpkins 3rd show. Last show before adding Jimmy CYeah, there was this one, one with a used microphone and, one with a drum head. I can’t remember if they were all numbered to 50?
I wonder if this is the only official, non bootleg, Machina II image?
