one good way to cook it, it totally changes the flavor and makes it better, pan fry it with some olive oil, and when it starts to faintly smell like pop corn take it off, it really brings out a diffrent flavor that i love. when i make chili we do that, it is super good.

I love to make salad with chicken leftovers, tomatos (cherry tomatos are great), corn, cottage cheese, lettuce, onion, carrots, rucola, mushrooms, you can choose what you like and finish with olive oil, vinnegar and oreganos.

in summer it’s the best !
