OK, silly topic maybe, but where is that banner on top of the the homepage of http://www.smashingpumpkins.com ? As far as I can see it’s missing on other pages too?

i think it is just really light, cause i can read the smashing pumpkins. i think they might be getting ready for something new maybe, seems everyone is abuzz with the newess bug, so i dunno. hey what is that thing splashing down next to lady liberty there, it isn’t the webmaster satalite was it.[/quote:24j5kb1h]
It was, I assume, one of the planes that used to be flying next to it.
Does anyone else think it’s cool that as time goes on, they’ve changed the picture to show the gradual sinking of the Statue?

i will, sometimes my computer goes all slow mode, and i will click for it to go faster, i don’t think it really works but it makes me feel better, and i go places i didn’t want to. like that video.
we should have a scared face emoticons, unless czarina found one that i didn’t see on her post gouging thread.

that’s what i thought, i was reading the comments on the new sp writers articals, and the one for today, superjava (not correct but i am to lazy to go and see his real name, plus i like the word java) wrote a really good artical about the song doomsday clock and the writer kafka, and then people are all crazy crazy like they get, and someone says, hey look at the banner, all trying to change the subject and everything, and no one even said a thing about it, they were to wrapped up in thier dumbness to notice, so i posted that i think it means something is happening with the site, but if they can find my post through all the crap i will be amazed.
but the artical was very good, and if you go to where people aren’t acting like crapheads, at the very begining of the post you will see i posted a small nice message.
ok, i brought the soapbox over here, but i am pretty sure that superlord is asleep, cause it is 12:18 here, and it was 12 where he is a while ago. so he should be asleep now. don’t let him know i had it (my soapbox) over here, he will light fireworks and destroy my box. *hides box* ok now it is safe
and it is late and i am getting silly again.

i don’t mind the old soapbox. i pull it out myself sometimes.
i don’t think they notice anything on sp.com. everybody there is to focused on other crap. which is why i figure if there is anything worth discussing in those articles it will be brought up elsewhere and i can discuss it elsewhere.
