First of all Doubtful-Della, I’d like to say congratulations to you on winning. I thought the competition turned out so well and it was great to see such a diverse range of entries. Each was unique and I’m absolutely dying to see everyone’s full entry. My own one was the orangey-red and black one of the trees. I don’t think I spent as much time on it as I should, especially after seeing the amount of work done by other people. Mine was completed in a few hours and it probably shows!
Now, on to the important bit. Never, ever let a negative remark on the internet get to you. Negative people seem to thrive \"behind the wall of caller ID\" (anonymous user names). I have a few vids up on youtube and while the majority of comments are positive, I still get the occasional non constructive negative comment that makes me feel like crap. Needless to say, they’re mostly from completely untraceable, anonymous user accounts.
I’m all for constructive criticism, but some people are just jerks. I’m sure you witness it on deviantART sometimes. Pumpkin’s fans can be particularly strange when it comes to things like this. I’m always shocked by the negativity from some of the fans of such a warm, positive band. I don’t think I’ll ever understand how people can be so hurtful, childish and just plain negative.
Anywho, I guess what I’m saying is don’t let it get you down. As Billy said in an interview once \"For every negative review, there’s a million-plus kids in the world who love our music…\"

Wow, there are some really good designs there. They’re all pretty unique and you can see a lot of work has gone into them. Congrats to everyone who entered.
I made a sneak preview compilation which will hopefully be published here later today. Really, it’s all amazing stuffs, it’s gonna be the toughest judging job we have ever done on here. The quality of the entries is extreme and the material is so diverse, I really cannot say something else! Stay tuned![/quote:3rr63cp8]
Excellent Arthur! I’m looking forward to seeing the diversity of the submissions. It will be nice to show the Pumpkins some positiveness out of all the negativity that seems to thrive on the net. They’ve given us so much, it will be nice to give them something creative back.
