wow, james really didn’t seem to appreciate that at all. i’d even say he looks seriously pissed off. was billy bullying him?

the girl at the end made me laugh so loud.

    in reply to: Netphoria #9457

You can go here also. http://www.fucknetphoria.org/

Well, maybe not. The place is kinda dead…

I remember they kicked of pretty well just a few days before us (July 2007), in no time they had twice as much members as SPfreaks, but then it went quiet after a few months… Please tell me why…[/quote:1suqa65k]
because the idea of having a site called fucknetphoria is even more immature than netphoria itself?

anyway, i read the first page of the thread you quoted and all i see is three people being unfriendly or simply ridiculous. no biggie. you could count the posts and calculate the average, but if you count the number of posters, you get a completely different image. it’s just that trolls happen to post more…

Got it, I passed them to 1 of our other webmasters. I presume they will be uploaded shortly. Thanks Rocket Baby Dolls! :D[/quote:19df2t6x]

    welcome, john! :)

if you are referring to me, i will have to let you down. i have never seen that thread, so i don’t think i’m the person to ask.

didn’t you just quote half of that thread, arthur?

in reply to: Billy Corgan – Chicago Songs 2004 #9514

-Did Billy ever talk about this again in interviews?
-Did he cooperate with more people besides this flute person in the video?[/quote:1oq8uo2p]
    – I don’t think he cooperated with other people on the Chicago songs.
    – He talked about the sessions on his website. These blogs are archived here: http://billycorgan.livejournal.com/tag/blue+entry Definitely check out his post from June, where he tries to explain how he experienced it all.
    – During the Chicago songs recordings, he posted blogs with pictures on http://www.integralnaked.org. I’m not sure if these are still available.

i actually appreciate the rude/rough side of boards like netphoria and also blamonet to a certain point. i think on blamonet, for example, i have been in fights with about half of the people i am now friends with. it’s fun to poke and challenge people. see how far they’ll let you come, how they come back at you. that’s how you can really get to know them. of course, it hurts a little, but it’s worth it. it’s a pity this kind of behaviour is not allowed here.

    respect.

    in reply to: Netphoria #9426

weren’t you offering help with my image? maybe we can unify my many faces somehow?
i need it. i’ve been terribly confused lately. off and on.

about blamonet: i don’t know how it started, i wasn’t there. i think it was a pumpkins board, but the owner also allowed other communities (french smashing pumpkins, elliott smith, and some others) to use the message board.

    in reply to: Netphoria #9422

ah, the man board. i almost never go there. it’s a temporary board and i always forget it exists.

i think it’s not a bad idea to have a separate subforum like the man board or the chick board. it keeps the \"vulgar\" stuff out of the general board. if you were a member there, you would applaud it. also, if you don’t like the thread title, don’t read the thread. once again, clear thread titles should be applauded. otherwise you end up in threads you didn’t really feel like ending up in.

in my opinion, they’re very decent on blamonet. i’ve seen pictures of nude women (not even porn, just nudity) being removed by the moderators. and that was on the man board.

    in reply to: Netphoria #9419

i’m a blamonet member. i have no idea where this porn should be found.

    ( )

    in reply to: Netphoria #9416

    porn on blamonet?

    in reply to: Netphoria #9409

if its not your kind of place, fine. dont go there.

i like it there and even though theres a lot of crap, i have met a lot of nice people there, a couple of them also in real life. its also a very good source for a lot of sp knowledge and info.

the only thing i dont really get is the non-stop complaining about netphoria, both on netphoria itself as on other messageboards. every other sp board i have read does this. tell me why.

what i also see very often is people coming from another messageboard to netphoria, fully brainwashed, and starting to post on netphoria with the completely wrong attitude. they have heard all kinds of things about the place, and their posts are self-fullfilling prophecies. after two days, they return to their original board and say \"yeah, guys, you were right, they are really unfriendly over there\".

i dont know. i have never had a problem with netphoria. just like any other board, i first hung around for a while, reading what was going on. and by the time i started posting, nobody felt the need to start yelling at me.

    in reply to: Netphoria #9405

    i like netphoria.

in reply to: MCIS colour vinyl.Real or fake? #8651

the fake vinyls are everywhere. more and more people are selling them on ebay. which makes sense: they make a lot more on ebay than what is usually asked for them in record stores.

in reply to: Lips Like Sugar #8927

    It was a cover?

    That explains EVERYTHING!

God, i thought it was a new SP song or something…[/quote:1djfx34s]
    HAHAHA

in reply to: What is the latest Pumpkins related item you bought? #5773

i recently bought an earphoria promo off ebay for £2.60. the description said \"rare promo\" and nothing more. it arrived yesterday and it’s the ’94 promo! :D

in reply to: MCIS colour vinyl.Real or fake? #8648

I created seperate entries for the yellow and red bootleg vinyls.[/quote:1kcmzu2s]
excellent. i like that. it was on my todo list. well, not anymore.

in reply to: MCIS colour vinyl.Real or fake? #8646

    haha, cruel.

in reply to: Show off your goodies! #4280

the scans look weird though. is that the real colour? i thought the sleeve was dark gray, instead of greenish.

in reply to: MCIS colour vinyl.Real or fake? #8642

    do you think the seller:
    – is making this up
    – heard this from the person he got it from and believes those numbers to be true
    – or is very close to the source of these vinyls and definitely knows the truth (not necessarily speaking the truth though)?

btw, he mentions the yellow vinyl as the first repress and calls the red vinyl the second repress, but what about the black vinyl bootlegs?

in reply to: Show off your goodies! #4278

    awesome, thanks!

someone else promised to rip this for me more than a year ago. luckily you are a lot faster than that other person. :)

i blame the australians and their roads. damn you, ozzies!
