your cd says \"pre-master cd\", \"security services – listening only\", and \"cd manufacturing and production use – handle with care\".
the other one says \"cd reference\", and \"promo use only – not for resale – not for manufacturing\".clearly the two cds have different purposes. one is meant for the manufacturing process, the other one is meant to be handed out as a promo.
is the content different? i think so. but i’m not sure.

and underneath it says \"GE KB …\": i think the KB refers to keith blake. and my guess would be that this version has already been mastered by KB.
your cd also says \"from various sources\". the other cd says \"from 1630 source\". so that one has been copied from another cd.

dunno. there must be a difference, i think. maybe just a tad louder or something?on the other hand, my ears are so bad that i’m certain that i wouldn’t hear a difference myself, even if it was obvious.

the one that was already up on spfreaks.com says "eq’d for cd". so that one has been mastered for cd. your new copy should contain the pre-mastered tracks. which is very interesting, in my opinion. cool find.YES I WON OMG

one press kit with a different release date doesn’t prove anything. it’s not enough to adjust the release date on all those releases in the spfreaks collection, in my opinion. i mean, it could be correct – i don’t know – but i’m not immediately convinced.i think the problem here is that we no longer know what the sources are for the \"original\" release date of the 28th. if we had all the sources in front of us, it would probably be easier to decide what the actual release date was.
i’m not sure if the tuesday thing was already used back in ’91. i wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t.

there isn’t anything missing. the vinyl is see-through. the black stuff you see around the label, is the hole in the middle of the inner sleeve. well, the part of the hole that isn’t covered by the label on the record.
