Yeah hopefully… I tried to read the SP forum about this topic, but they are all guessing and gossiping… no real news. But to me also the most frustrating part is that there are no details announced. I mean, it’s so easy to tell us all "because he wants to spend more time with his family, which the band fully supports and respects" or something. Now, after the 20th Anniversary Tour, plans for new music, the SP Archive being unlocked, so many nice things to work on in the future, and Jimmy just… leaves? He said in a few interviews that SP is here to stay! WTF is going on here?[/quote:2qmdhyr9]you said it arthur. people on the board need to shut their mouths and wait for an official response. it truly doesn’t make sense with what jimmy has said in those interviews about sp not going anywhere. i dont want to sound like one of those speculators, but i think is a health issue. nothing else makes sense.

what a trip to see billy corgan speaking to congress. i didn’t know he was even affiliated with the coalition he was speaking for. and i think he made a great point. i didn’t realize only the author gets paid when a song gets played. thats lame for the musician(s)
