I was in for the "#1/1000" version auctioned last month until I was priced-out. Had I won I would have removed the ink for sure. All you need to do is vigorously rub the area with a marker of the same colour , then wipe it off while it’s still wet. Repeat until the surface is clear. The only problem with this is you reveal any marks/scratches – if any – that the seller made when originally numbering the reverse.

Thanks Manilla! I picked it up cheap but the guy graded it as ‘excellent’. Silly seller. It’s on my wall now next to my original Beatles vinyls and some other beat-up tat.

And I’ll level with you guys; Yes, that is the exact item I have been looking at.

Hmm, I asked whether it was like a digipack and the seller said \"it’s like a digipack, only softer\", which is giving him the opportunity to mention that it’s an inlay/jewel-cased. Awaiting more information like country of origin but I’m stumped. The colours are completely different too. It looks washed-out, probably bad photography, but the blue bar at the bottom of the original release is replaced with a somewhat pink bar.

I can’t tell whether the proportions are right for a digipack, as opposed to just an inlay, but I doubt it’s the original US release

Newb here! Hullo! I go through spats of splurging on SP stuff, so in my latest one I’ve bought

– 1979 & BwBW French singles (cardsleeves)
– Heavy Metal Machine promo cassette
– 2 x Today US promo CDs
– TAFH 4-track sampler
– SIYL US promo
– Tristessa black 7\"

I got a Today 12\" in the mail this morning and on the back of it I can see writing indents all over it! Looks like math homework!! I was not happy!

EDIT: It was the black Tristessa vinyl. Je suis une douche.
