      I wasn’t sure where to post this, as often people have differing opinions as to whether Melissa’s considered a Pumpkin or not. In GD I’d have felt I was stating she is/was.

      Anyway, what I wanted to do was post this link. There’s something very cool to me about the ‘feel’ of this site, I really like visiting it.

      Thought I’d dish it out, maybe it’s new to some people. Have a good look around the whole place, see what you think:

      i wonder where the album stays though. that site has been around for months.

      i thought i heard that the album was finished already. but i’m probably imagining that.

      The last I heard, ADM’s album was completed late 2007.

      Afaik, James Iha’s latest was also finished some months ago.

      I’m looking forward to both, I hope they’re released this year along with the new double-DVD and Boxset. :)

      There’s an interesting vibe through the new songs.

      I’m not often for comparing albums, although I’ll be betting OOOM will be more commercially successful than the first album.

      the first one reminds me of bullet train to osaka with the way it starts, but otherwise they do sound pretty kick ass.

      From an interview with Melissa today:

      Left off the record is a collaboration with Billy Corgan, with whom Auf der Maur played bass in the ’90s band Smashing Pumpkins. “We did do an interesting recording for it; we’ll see what happens with that,\" she said. “It’s a yet-to-be released, interesting weekend in Chicago.”
