and i’m not sure where i got their music from. i must have downloaded a track a long time ago. i found it in my windows media player library when i decided to look in it for shits. i decided to listen to the song and thought it was pretty fantastic so i looked them up. otherwise i have no clue when i downloaded that track or from where. i didn’t even remember it.

i haven’t downloaded this yet, but i love Bloc Party and i really like Tiesto’s One More Chance mix. that particular Bloc Party song lended itself already though towards trance type stuff as Bloc themselves tend to fuse trance and techno into their music. if you hear the original it already is more that type of music. Bloc Party anymore are a fusion of trance/ techno and a kind of post punk indie rock so electronic mixes make sense there.

as for Tiesto- i think he has some really great stuff. i like his album Just Be a lot. Adagio For Strings is a neat track. i do kind of like Armin Van Buuren better though and a few others. mostly i just really like trance and techno though. and i like Tiesto’s podcasts.

Turzi have kind of a techno/ trance feel to some of their stuff. they are pretty experimental though. and i tend to listen to a lot of electronic music. some of it tends to be repetitive to a degree, but that music tends to be about the vibe and a continuous beat. a lot of electronic stuff is geared towards the whole dance/ rave thing.

and i will find new links for Phoenix. they have real upbeat pleasant stuff. i can’t test the links at work here, but maybe if i repost them they will work.

and i will check out this other French band honeymade.

i have been listening to Nephew and Depeche Mode lately. oh, and Ayoe- i did download Interkom Kom Ind. i like that one too. i need to put all of the lyrics in google translator though so i know what i’m listening too.

and here is Turzi. they are kind of techno, kind of prog, kind of trance-ish. it depends what of their stuff you are listening to. i’m not even sure which tracks to put up, but i like them. and their live stuff tends to be kind of improvisational. they are pretty cool, but a bit of a trip.
