Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorI have this (as well as That’s the Way). They looked so generic and sketchy, I thought they were just made by someone to make some money. I didn’t spend a whole lot on them.
Do you think these are real?[/quote:3kdhrhbn]
I also have my doubts.I noticed both promos have typos. The Tarantula promo says "Chamberlain" instead of "Chamberlin" and the That’s the Way promo says "Smashing Pumkins" instead of "Smashing Pumpkins". But this doesn’t prove anything. Anyone can make these mistakes: a bootlegger, or someone at Warner Sweden (or wherever these promos are supposed to be made).
On the other hand, if you compare these promos to the Australian promos (with inserts that don’t fit nicely in the cd case), I think they’re on a similar level of crappiness. But as far as I know, nobody doubts the Australian promos are genuine. (Or am I wrong about that?)
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorI gave priority to uploading new items in the Collection.[/quote:hqu09pip]
Good decision. I agree with it.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorI just thought about another recording: Cash Car Star was shown on tv.
Then I checked splra.org and they have an FM>DAT recording listed of Today and the interview. That must be someone who taped that radio show you just bought, Arthur.
This recording is listed as \"unsurfaced\" though, which means they know it exists, but it’s not available online.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorToday I’m starting the day with the TAFH box. Now playing: the BWBW single, Clones (We’re All)
Lots of sweetness to come…
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatoromg, arthur!
that is an awesome find.
are you planning to share the interview and today with the rest of us? i’d love to hear those.
i believe you are correct: soundboard recordings of money (that’s what i want) and x.y.u. were included on the faeomm tape. besides that i think only (two?) audience recordings of that show are available.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori had like 20 of those siva au cassetts lying around the house. i gave em away as stocking stuffers for christmas. and i gave one to my dog as a chew toy.[/quote:2pc3t3y5]
please, tell me you are kidding.

Cool As Ice CreamSpectatoryeah, i just checked. my poster advertises the dvd release on november 11th.
the artwork/background is the same, but there are a lot of differences in the text, and its position. and there’s no black border.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorIt’s not worth 40 euros.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori got if from someone who went to a show on the 20th anniversary tour. apparently they were handing out these posters.
i think it comes without the black border around the artwork.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorYou assume that they made only one poster per venue that showed the documentary on November 25.
I wouldn’t do that. Also, I might be wrong, but I’d guess that the posters in the UK aren’t identical to the ones used in Germany.
And I have a poster for If All Goes Wrong from the US. But I don’t think it’s advertising the screenings. I think it’s just an ad for the dvd release. But it looks the same.
I’ll check it later.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorpixies – at the bbc

(i’ll send you scans from the cd / back-insert)[/quote:2j7ycwkp]
Confirmed. The US "TheFutureEmbrace ep" has this tracklist (in this order – the UK sampler has a different track order) and matrix code.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatori bought a glow for £40 on eil.com.
a bit expensive, but seeing for how much they’re still going these days, it’s not too bad.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorsounds like she perfectly memorized some bolly rants. she’s a good student.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorStill a bit too expensive. And they’re just cd-rs. So right now, it’s still a no. Maybe another day. I have the flacs of every show anyway.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorThe value of the dollar is decreasing again. It becomes more interesting to buy the cds. I think they cost about 12.5 euro per show right now.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorWhy two copies?[/quote:3sn7azx4]
why not?[/quote:3sn7azx4]
That’s the spirit!
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorI recently got a watermarked Zeitgeist.
Dance dance dance to the radio / Put on your red shoes and dance the blues

Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorIt contains all the genuine vinyl releases of the Smashing Pumpkins we know of[/quote:rsjx588e]
correction: almost all.the adore vinyl doesn’t come with any booklet or lyrics.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectator\"The Wild Flowers\" maybe?
They exist(ed?): http://www.last.fm/music/The+Wild+Flowers
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorI’m not sure about \"Howlers\" either. Looks more like \"Howers\", but that’s not really a word.
Do you have the original picture of that label?
Cool As Ice CreamSpectator\"The Wild Howlers\" is what I read.
Cool As Ice CreamSpectatorNow that you mention it! I noticed mirrored text, hardly readable, on two of the labels. I wondered what that was. It all makes sense now.
So the \"pink\" white label promo labels are probably red labels, used upside down, right? What do you think?

(\"HUTT 43 A/B-1-1-1\" is done by a machine. All the rest, also on the above promos, has been done by hand.)Some of the white labels might be a bit blueish, but none looked convincing blue to me tonight, so I put white everywhere. Might recheck that later, especially if everyone else has blueish labels.
