I think it’s a pretty decent song, the lyrics just don’t do the music justice though.

Well the second ep is far better than the first though, that’s a good sign. :)

oh, I hope it’s another obelisk, then by the time all of these ep’s are released I can have a whole collection of them sitting on my desk at home. :)

Also, I think the Fellowship was the best song so far on this ep.

    When I reach for you
When I think of all the memories you put me through
When time contradicts my worries and losses
When all me is forgotten, carved on paper
    Wrapped loosely on your heart
Ready to be tossed aside for next year.
To have at the wind ready to be torn in two.
My sleep cringes at my heart’s thoughts of you.
Wishing dreams would take the shadows of my thoughts
Away for safe keep in the clouds of Heaven.
But your mirrored reflection keeps piercing on my body.
If Heaven was a relevant thought but it won’t last
Just like my dreams I wake up, all lies
Woven into the shards of this mirror.
The distant sounds of crashes keep the storms in my mind.
    If you would just follow?
Come into my dreams for just a while
But those times were abandoned for long
When glancing out my window for your message.
I stare up to the stars to see if it’s too late.
Your face stares back smiling laughing into eternity
Glowing into the sun, your eyes sparkling so effervescently.
Driving miles late, into the open as I roam hoping as I go
The later I travel the bleaker it looks upon your face.
Your lips so lush once with hope now drained with cement.
Now I just stare, looking at the dead snow,
I now hear the snow graze against the grass so carefully
Not to disturb what I have grown to become
As the dust secretly gathers around me,
    the moonlight becomes my madness
My excuse to become my ghost’s last kiss.
I just wish I could hear your last scream
A once lively drone as a sign that you left be broken in two.
Sand fills in my pores to fill the empty void
The black hole ruined my perceptions as the hourglass fills.
But as I close my eyes a tear forms from the desolate times of compassion.
As I remember you so soft and delicate so able to shatter.
You left without a remark, not a tear drifted from your blank face
The mirror cracked as you left falling to the ground
Leaving a trail from your soft steps from behind.
Not a phone call, not one proof you weren’t dead to me, fictional in nature.
The crucial came at the end, as my sleep was suddenly taken away
As I hear the recurring sound of rain dropping devastatingly loud upon the window
The sound of thousands of small screams in the night.
Laying her but never taken away like in the old days,
But they were all crucial lies in the end of the days.
Sleep was just there when I needed you around, to count days.
Now I just lie here staring at the moon for another empty promise
To fill my brain was a small ease of mind.
So I can end these tears of short lived remembrance
And as the car drives away, the headlights piercing into the dark air
I can finally have that arms of mother nature silently bring me back to a drowsy slumber.

Cameron’s Closet is one of the funniest horror movies that I have seen in a long time. I guess back in the 80s’ in might have been scary to some though. :D

Definitely a lot of creativity and effort put into that song.

I just haven’t gotten into Song for a Son that much.

I’m actually the opposite because I love junk food, although I have no idea what that will do to my body when I’m older.

Actually I heard from someone today was National Junk Food Day.
Everyone grab a twinkie and celebrate. :D

I’m still awake, I really need a new sleeping schedule this isn’t working.
Also, time differences do suck since most of us are from different countries.

I actually had Marigold accompany me in the chatroom so it actually wasn’t tonight.

Anyone want to chat tonight? I’m going to be up for a while since I haven’t been sleeping well for the past couple of days.
