This is so cool. My wife is driving (7 hour drive), and I’m surfing the internet from the passenger seat. Wow! 8)[/quote:5bxcgrrj]

No, I mean I have my laptop connected to Broadband going 80 mph and never losing coverage.[/quote:5bxcgrrj]

I would do that with the blue tooth from my phone. But I just got a \"new\" phone and it’s a 2006 Cingular 8125, and the previous owner messed with the web options… and I haven’t been able to get the web to work on it yet. I’m going to take it into an AT&T store and see if those jockeys know how to fix it for me

You know, if they use the same style found in Sin City, this comic should come to life. I’d like to see it if that is the case.[/quote:32rjnonq]

But this year they are doing "The Spirit" in that style…. How many movies do we need shot like that?

How about another movie shot like Momento? That would rock[/quote:32rjnonq]

Did you see that Keanu Reeves movie? It was shot first, then digitally colored over everything. Very trippy. :)[/quote:32rjnonq]

They make Charles Schwab commercials like that and it irritates me so much that I didn’t see the Keanu one

Seems a little early for a remake.

BTW, one of the best soundtracks EVER for that movie.[/quote:72bzbbgy]

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s less than 15 years old. But heck, they remade the remake of The Hulk

Bullet. I love your \"Eternal Sunshine\" looking sweater!

Anyway, I thought I’d share something exciting in the photo forum… A year ago I took my chiropractor’s headshots for him to use in advertising. A year later I finally see the bench that he paid to advertise on using MY photo of him! Woo hoo.

I hated Dolly until she got inducted (2006) to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for her lifetime contributions to American culture. Then I sat there and actually listened to her and realized how talented she really is. ‘Joline’ is my favorite, I’m glad the White Stripes did a cover, but it doesn’t touch Dolly ;)
Even if it’s a genera that I don’t care for, I can appreciate the fact that she’s a pro

My head hurts from reading all the comments on the review, sp.com, and Billy’s blog on livejournal.

People are overly agressive with expressing their opinion. They either hate it, or love Billy. I wish people could juts be rational and flow with it…. but I guess if you are passionate about something as much as we all are, than when you are disappointed it’s to a higher degree.

I’m just happy that Billy is out there making music again. Like I said, several of my favorite bands have taken a downward spiral. But I just take a step back and stick in their old albums that I love.

As some of you know I’m a longtime fan of No Doubt, so I’m super stoked that after 7 years they are about to record another album. It will probably be more pop than ska, but I’m just so happy that they are back together!

Cool info on the term. I knew the lunar landing, but that was it. I know Eagles are used as a symbol of power all over and all throughout time

My heart drops at the thought of putting myself out there like that. Billy surrounds himself with a network of talented hard working individuals with lots of business experience. I’m just a mom at home with a set of paints.

Just because someone can paint well (and Della obviously can), doesn’t make her a comic. I think that’s asking too much. And for free. :S[/quote:bln2np2u]

That’s what I mean, I’ll see what I can do. Doing a very quick sketch and wash might not be so bad ;) But you are right, comics are a completely different thing that I’ve never done before. Layouts can be hell. I have a friend who works for Marvel and it’s one of those things that always amaze me[/quote:bln2np2u]
Don’t feel pushed, I’m only trying to bring you to the next level with your art. It’s a (bad? good?) habit of me. You judge…

I can try to think of a funny line that might inspire you to a drawing? Just an idea…[/quote:bln2np2u]

A little exposure could never hurt. Although I need references to paint anything, so that might pose a problem for a comic like painting
