that really was a great read sven. i completely agree with you on your thoughts of how to release the material. era by era and taking pre orders really seems to be the way to go. and i loved your point about how it’s all about appreciating the this oppertunity. to get the chance be able to experience this material really is a gift. and i say ‘experience’ because that’s how pumpkins music is to me. it’s a connection. a connection i’m sure alot of you have. and i’m confident that whatever ends up getting released, whatever format it shows up in, will be done with appreciation for the diehard pumpkinheads who’ve been dying to hear it.
i hate it when cool ideas don’t see the light of day. i wish people would have been willing to pay a large subscription fee, because that would have given them a budget to be as all incluseive as they wanted. and i fear too that we wont get nearly as much audio in a boxed set format. i had written to frank last week suggesting the boxed sets should be done year by year. the first one could be special with a little bit from every era(include some of the popular requests to keep the sheeple happy). and then proceed with a boxed set for every year, starting with 88 or 89. some sets could be bigger than others depending on what the pumpkins did that year. like the 93 set would have all the siamese dream stuff (tours, demos, rehearsals, and the 94 set could include shows and all of the gravity demos billy recorded. and take preorders for each set, so you dont make too many. just a thought.
a boxed set seems to be the way they’re going now, because people didnt want to pay for individual tracks. i really don’t care what format they choose, i just want this stuff to see the light of day. i would have paid for the subscription. and i will pay for a boxed set too.

come to los angeles. there is every type of person here that you can dislike for one reason or another. there are so many \"know it all\" fucks. im one of them. in no particular order: blacks, jews, mexicans, arabs, rich kids, poor kids, indians, persians, koreans, chinese, armenians, white people, hillbillies, old people, fat people, skinny people, meth heads, pot heads, crack heads, nitrous oxide heads, people with guns, people with knives, drunks, whores, pretty boys, anorexics, bullemics, hippies, know it all fuckheads and of course, canadians.
so many people here to not like, for so many reasons. but mainy because, they’re people.
