that sucks major ass. i’m really disappointed. i love their music and will take it however they release it, but i love having the CD. i like the whole package. i like the hour long experience encased inside a disc. i love the artwork. i love having something i can physically hold and treasure as part of my pumpkin collection. i’m really sad and pissed.
and yeah- what does this mean for pumpkin collectors. sure there is old stuff to gather and i suppose the odd gig poster and whatever for the here and now, but this to me means that the only way to get a physical copy of something now will be to pay $200 on ebay for a rare as fuck radio promo if they even have those. i’m sad.
and i agree manilla- it is easier for the casual listening public to forget a single/ or 4 track digital EP or whatever than an album.
i don’t know. it does sound very GLOW very Zeitgeist. and that quote in the above post makes it sound like the images were edited to the music.

i agree about the poster thing too. i need to like the art. and on the Billy’s head subject- i don’t have any of those weird Billy head posters either. some of those posters look kind of strange, especially the artist renderings.
i will admit i have been thinking of getting a TFE poster though, but i like the picture and i like a good Billy pic.
i like posters with the band on them though if its a neat pic.glad it worked
