Blissed and Gone [12]california is one of, i think 3 states, who needs a 2/3 majority to pass the budget, versus just a regular majority, like the rest of the states. that makes it REALLY hard to get anything passed here. the governor was sorta forced into making the cuts. our state is 42 billion in the red. and we do have too many social programs and not enough money to pay for them. but me, as a middle class citizen, i would be willing to pay more in taxes, so the poor don’t get poorer. why can’t the rich think that way too?
interesting isn’t the word i would have used. i would have gone with…dissapointing. and yeah, its gonna get worse before it gets better

because the california legislature can’t get their shit together and would rather make cuts, than raise taxes. because we need a 2/3 majority to pass a budget.

we actually did the lights for her house. (chandeliers, wall sconces, exteriors, etc.) i work at a showroom. her house is an old spanish style villa in the hollywood hills. fucking awesome property.
