nope, they don’t send out any disconnect notices any more. i think that is a very unfair and stupid policy.
hey to change the subject… something kinda funny… we are getting a new health wellness program at work and guess who is the company that carries it now….. virgin! like the same virgin that sp sued! ha! that is crazy. they suck at the music business so they are trying to get into healthcare
i need to vent.
my water company sucks ass! i was late on my bill but only ONE WEEK late and they turned off the water without any notice. they don’t even give you a chance to pay that shit! no grace period! no warning! and they tell us they can’t turn it back on until this afternoon, which is total bullshit because they came out there and put a notice on the door TWO HOURS LATER that said your water has been disconnected. so if they can come out and stick a piece of paper on the door 2 hours later, why can’t they come out and turn the water back on 2 hours later! what really sucks is that they made us pay 87 dollars to get it turned back on (the bill was only 30) it’s not like we can just go choose another water company. they are the only one for our city. it is a monopoly. it is not right! they know they can get away with it so they treat their customers like shit!

i went back to the store yesterday and the bitches wouldn’t give me my money back for the beer that got scanned twice. said they can’t give refunds on beer.

and the other day i also bought a bell pepper and an onion. i used tomatoes and jalepenos from the garden and made homemade salsa. it was so yummy!
and last night i made gazpacho. i still have a whole bunch of tomatoes left too! i think i will put some in the food dehydrator and make sun dried tomatoes.i bought a 12 pack of beer the other day and i didn’t notice until last night when i went to write down my receipts in my checkbook, but the lady scanned it twice! i am going back today to see if they will either give me my money back or let me get another one. couldn’t hurt to ask i guess.

it is cool outside today, feels more like fall than summer. it is very cloudy but it hasn’t started raining yet. we are suposed to have thunderstorms today. i can’t wait till the thunderbooms start!

my first thought for a dog like that would be to get one of those doggie wheel chairs for her. not to teach her to walk like that it’s cool though, that the dog actually does it!i have been working around the house today. i vowed not to waste my day off. i think i have been very productive. i washed dishes and clothes, cleaned out the junk room a little, did some weedeating, and set up my little swimming pool in the backyard. it’s not very big but it is big enough to lay in and get cooled off
