I met him back in the old 1984 days. In a Burger King. He was a total ass but what can you expect. Until the Pumpkins came along, Van Halen was one of my favorites. Too bad their new line up with Sammy Hagar wasn’t as successful as the Pumpkins.
Does anyone really like to work out? I have to but don’t want to. My dad was a marathon runner and I could never figure out why he’d put himself through such torture. It was like an addiction for him.

Well, I think older men are far more attractive than younger ones. They know what they are doing and they are confident about themselves w/o having to say it blatantly out loud.
When I got married, it was in my vows that if I ever got the chance to be with Billy I could. My husband, chose Aiesha (sp) Tyler for his choice. JK

I don’t think 40 is old. . it’s young and yet experienced.
If you think your metabolism slows down in your 20’s wait until your mid-30’s. Even though I have CFS, I still exercise at least 4 days a week. Either a 5 mile walk or 60 min. on elliptical machine. Gotta keep in shape when you get up there in years. SP is always the music of choice.

I have an idea — let’s have Courtney deal with that Veronica chick. I think she’d handle it quite well. This picture is one of several from a movie premiere that I believe was taken last January or so. I don’t think they are a couple but very good friends. Still, I’d much rather he be w/ Courtney than Veronica. Okay, I admit it — I like Courtney.

it’s intriguing that you say that. as a non-Christian, i just found it amusing. When Billy was dating Yelena and even through the TFE tour, he most definitely went back and forth on the subject. He definitely believed in something but he called it \"The Divine\" or something close to that. Now it seems he’s gone back to his traditional Christian roots, not just from the Zero thing but from a lot of Zeitgeist he uses the word God.
Funny since his supposed \"wife\" claims she is a Buddhist (and that is probably the only thing that has come out of her mouth that I would believe). I know a little off topic — but she now claims \"Stellar\" was written for her.
Thanks for answering me regarding my confusion on $$. I wasn’t thinking about them looking for stuff like that, I guess I was thinking more like someone doing damage control for the band. A publicity rep.

My post was almost the exact one I posted to here. It had no foul language, it was even less biased on the fact that I think she’s a nut then the one I posted here, and just asked what people thought.
I had 2 replies but by the time I went to get them my IP was banned. I wrote the moderator and never heard back.
Some of the stuff on there is really vulgar and totally off topic. So, I can’t figure out what I did to get myself banned as it was a truly benign post.
I just decided that it wasn’t the place for me and if the moderator won’t even tell me why I was banned then forget it.
I don’t know how much the Pumpkins \"media militia\" look for Pumpkin stuff on the Internet but all I know is my IP address was banned the very same day all of the myspace profiles that Veronica Grey had created were suddenly removed.

Wow, Arthur I am so impressed at how you picked that up. I think all of those images probably say a lot more than we think. I wonder about the wrestler guy. I know Billy likes wrestling but somehow I don’t think that is what it is about.

HA! My mom was looking over my shoulder and said \"that’s a guy\" (in the video). I think if VG was in the video she’d be spewing this news all over the Internet. But I do have to say, it does resemble her.
I would love it if the band ended up w/ the original 4 members in Chicago but I’ve started to really like the 3 new Pumpkins so don’t know how I’d feel about that.
Oh, yes Billy did call her \"mean spirited\" and excuse my language but he actually said \"mean spirited bitch\". But he’s a hot head so maybe he’s over it now.
I am quite frustrated that MTV has gone down the tubes. I seriously do not know when the last time I saw a video was. . . I long for the days of \"Alternative Nation\". I think more and more we’ll be going to you sites like YouTube for videos.

The IMDb site says she is married to Billy but the information on her is taken word-for-word from her fsyche web site. I also noticed that the email of the person updating her profile is one of her email addresses that she uses.
I wanted so badly to ask Kristin if it was really true about this so called marriage but didn’t feel it was in the context of what we were talking about.

I agree with Arthur that Netphoria is being watched by the Pumpkins camp. I posted a few items regarding Veronica Grey and suddenly my IP address was banned and the posts deleted.
I also assume they watch myspace because around the same time my posts on Netphoria were deleted, all but 1 of the 5 profiles Veronica has posted about her supposed marriage to Billy were all deleted as well.
I cannot imagine how much manpower it must take. I, admittedly, am new to the forum world but it seems like it’d be really hard to try and watch every single site — but do agree they are doing damage control on certain issues.

I will have to keep watching it because I didn’t catch Strawberry in the video (thanks Satur999 for pointing that out). I didn’t know Paris Hilton was in it, so I’ll keep an eye out for her — not surprised that she’d be in a video of theirs, especially after Billy explained why they chose her as an image of being famous today.
I thought Billy was flying a helicopter at first. It was a decent video but kinda confusing, although I liked it because you get to see Ginger, Jeff, and Lisa. I would have probably gotten more of it if it didn’t shift images so quickly but then again maybe it’s my old eyes that aren’t quick enough to keep up.
I hate to even mention this but does anyone think the woman on the floor at the end is Veronica Grey? I couldn’t say yes or no.
I wonder who shot the video. I got an email from Kristin Burns and she said she was in Greece w/ the Pumpkins. I wish that MTV still played videos cuz they always listed the producer.

It seems like she has completely dropped below the radar screen. James has his own web site but I have not seen nor heard of D’Arcy having a web site.
While I think that the Pumpkins were able to come back and still totally rock completely w/o D’Arcy, I thought that when Zach left RATM the band was not ever the same. In my opinion, he made the band just as Billy & Jimmy make the Pumpkins, and I think slowly Jeff is really starting to become a Pumpkin — he was a perfect fit.

I agree with you, Tree_Spirit, that her mental health isn’t right and I wasn’t being sarcastic or mean when I posted the link to that narcissistic disorder.
She still is human and although she’s done something quite bold and stupid (in my opinion) I would certainly not want her to hurt herself or anyone else.
I just wonder how she will back pedal out of it. I saw the first part of the back pedal when she went from calling it a wedding to a \"unification ceremony\" which equals not legal.
Also, thank you to the moderators of this forum for reminding us of the rules on the treatment of the other members. We’re all here for the same thing — the Pumpkins. You can like or dislike what I say but you don’t need to flame me for something you disagree with and vice versa for me. I believe the majority of the members here hold the same level of respect that I do for all of you.

I totally forgot about Pantera. I remember when that happened. See what I mean? I know any time you become famous there is the potential for stalkers. What is so scary to me about VG is that she is *so* bold.
Thanks for the tips on the guitar. I actually have the sheet music for all of Siamese Dream and it includes tabs so I can go from there. I have small hands so it’s hard for me to play but I am determined.

But I do worry about his safety. I do believe John Lennon was murdered by a fan and actually another SP fan gave me a list of famous people being injured/murdered by fans.
I guess my main concern is that I know in the past they were friends and Billy is a good guy (& very smart) and anyone can see that she’s not balanced right. . so I hope that if he ever does have a chat w/ her as I could see him doing I hope she doesn’t go ballistic and do something stupid. To herself or to him.
I also feel extremely defensive of the Pumpkins and the gal that girl has to so boldly claim all this stuff is so insulting to them.
Anyway, I am loving Zeitgeist — got all the different versions + a Japanese pressed version and listed to it constantly.

A question — any of you musicians? I am learning to play the bass guitar and would love to know what Pumpkins songs (from any album) would be best to start learning (i.e. – the easiest bass lines).
