Fool enough to almost be it
Cool enough to not quite see it
Doomed
Pick your pockets full of sorrow
And run away with me tomorrow
June

We’ll try and ease the pain
But somehow we’ll feel the same
Well, no one knows
Where our secrets go

I send a heart to all my dearies
When your life is so, so dreary
Dream
I’m rumored to the straight and narrow
While the harlots of my perils
Scream

And I fail
But when I can, I will
Try to understand
That when I can, I will

Mother weep the years I’m missing
All our time can’t be given
Back
Shut my mouth and strike the demons
That cursed you and your reasons
Out of hand and out of season
Out of love and out of feeling
So bad

When I can, I will
Words defy the plans
When I can, I will

Fool enough to almost be it
And cool enough to not quite see it
And old enough to always feel this
Always old, I’ll always feel this

No more promise no more sorrow
No longer will I follow
Can anybody hear me
I just want to be me
When I can, I will
Try to understand
That when I can, I will

Cool. I remember that when we started this forum 2 months ago you asked about some other CD’s you certainly needed to listen and people advised you some, if I remember well. Am I right? Did you get them and listened Superlordspamulon? What did you buy? And what did you like/not like? Just curious! :)

christ… and there are collectors who will get each and every version of these? :?

 that reminds me, i got the argentinian (i think) version of MCIS… damn amazon, you never know where you’re getting them from.[/quote:3pkpeayu]
Yup there are, but I’m pretty sure not 1 collector has them all. Does your MCIS from Argentina look like this? (Check for the matrix codes, if they are the same)

Found it anyway. Missed by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation huhuhu :P Here you go! Homerpalooza, as long as it lasts!

Oh and there is another funny Simpson SP appearance anecdote I remember. This episode was broadcasted in the same period the Zero single was released in the US and Billy had shaven his head by that time. In Simpsons he still has hair.

And another one! Again: awesomely hilarious! From CMJ website

Yeah that quote is just brilliant! And then those people in the audience just moving like zombies on Zero… This episode you got is on a DVD called Backstage Pass right?

While searching around for more YouTube cartoons with the Smashing Pumpkins, I found out the Homerpalooza 724 episode from 1996 was uhmmmm… \"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation\" …deleted. It’s a pity, but probably understandable. The DVD is still for sale.

Here’s the pic anyway from TheSimpsons.com.

Yeah that’s true. To be honest way back in 2003 we discussed this matter in the SPfreaks founders team (I’m the only one left) and we decided at that time not to do it. No banners, no pop ups, no ads, no donations. Would you donate to SPfreaks Superlordspamulon? I guess not huh… And you’re right, in my humble opinion.

So I continue this site with a new team but with this old spirit as long as possible. That’s why we are going to sell t-shirts in a while and maybe later some other merchandise too, depending on how \"popular\" the shirts and SPfreaks are becoming. At least you’re getting something back for your hard earned money.

But I agree, other websites that become popular will cost some money, and not everybody can handle a hobby that costs 100’s of bucks each months. SPfreaks is just lucky to have a great team (including a site-builder, yes!) at the moment that is not asking for any money. And as long as we can handle the bandwidth with just a few dozen people each day, we’ll be fine…

And Amazon still sux for selling M2. :P
Great find on the net you did!

Amazon is responsible for their ads, aren’t they? I think it’s just disgusting what they do with those stupid ads, putting them ad random everywhere so the webmasters of other websites can earn 10 bucks or a bit more a week. As long as I am the \"dictator\" here, it wil not happen with SPfreaks. Think about it, a stupid ad that Mashed Potatoes is for sale somewhere, how much credibility would be left. :P

What a surprise… (not!). The day Amazon has M2 vinyl for sale will be when the whole world turned islamic, and Xmas and Easter falls on 1 day at the same time. :P This is btw not the first time Amazon messes up things, they also \"sold\" Zeitgeist with bonus DVD. Yeah right!

Click on each song and on the next page, left side, you will find the songtexts and other info. Also all the known releases are shown on the right.

Yeah I found them also, but I wanted a full set… I will use the tracklengths anyway for the moment, till better times. Keep watching around also ok? Meanwhile I’m working on 1992 setlists.

yeah that’s okay… i was just a little confused when i saw that muzzle was still on the set-list on the tour history, yet was mentioned in the collection[/quote:3qoqt2bv]
Now you’re confusing me here, as I never put Muzzle in the Tour History for the Reading gig. Are you sure you looked at the right setlist in that section?

in reply to: smashing pumpkins at reading :) #2905

Arthur

Unfortunately the Tour History section leaves no room for this extra info… That’s why I can only add it to the Setlists section in the Collection. Hopefully that works for you?

by the way, arthur, are you planning on putting any extra unformation regarding setlists, such as songs that were’nt played due to time? i’m just wondering is all, in case it causes any confusion in the future[/quote:1yyo4ur0]
Yes Superlordspamulon, I used your information in your comprehensive email about that here already:

http://www.spfreaks.com/Default.aspx?pa … &item=1839

And you won’t find Muzzle in the actual setlist anymore of course. I’m only waiting for the LMA uploads to fill in the tracklengths.

Thanks guys, you’re a great help. I’m working on the setlists today and I have updated them now.

http://www.spfreaks.com/?page=TOURHISTO … locid=1011 (Pukkelpop, I put Suspiria there before as I already guessed or read somewhere they did it, but now I’m absolutely sure)

Superlordspamulon, this is what I mean. Listen to this intro here, it’s called Suspiria performed by a band called Goblin (they wrote this as an old horror movie tune):

(PS look at happy Billy during Today… :D )

But because lately the Pumpkins do this tune every now and then only (for example here at the intro of Superchrist @ The Fillmore on 01-08-2007 at the start of the second set) I was wondering if they still use this tune. In Stockholm they used an orchestral tune at the start…

And at the same time this is a good recording of Superchrist, I love this track, it just ROCKS!
