I also agree, in fact. I’ll have it changed soon. Thanks for the discussion!

    Ditto, really rare stuff.

On its way is now a TAFH reissue promo poster, and a 1991-1998 promo cd signed by Melissa, Billy, Jimmy and James. I’m not a signatures freak really, but it fits the signed Today promo I own. And it was not expensive either.

I’m reporting a Brazilian release of ‘If All Goes Wrong’. And a Gish longbox from the US. And a Thai DVD release of Oceania Live In NYC. And an US Panopticon tour promo single (finally!).

Im one of the writers/researchers there and i have no idea whats going on. It was really busy for a couple of months or so, we were all working on mulitple stories, then it just stopped dead. I hope it picks up soon[/quote:2cwim7s8]
Me too man, it was a pretty good initiative of our friend Marie. It’s a lot of work though; we also have issues sometimes to get a steady flow of articles in from our group of SPfreaks writers. Not sure if 1+1=2, but Marie was in some shit with some people lately (some issues with another fan site, and next to that her images section is still offline I noticed, so that issue is not over either as it seems) and maybe she has chosen to stay low-profile for a while. I don’t know.

Sha and Marie wrote a very interesting piece about this back in May, I just remembered. It was published on bystarlight.org, in that short period that they tried to set up a news section on there. It’s a shame that the news section was discontinued (or is taking a really long break?), if you ask me…

I knew TAFH vinyl was expensive to overpriced, but this seller triples that overpriced price again. I’m sure it’s no typo, and I’m also sure he will not easily sell at that price. Damn.

I wished I was in Chicago last nigh. Couldn’t watch the live stream since it was blocked, and meanwhile BC showed up and added some items to the exhibition. Also he explained about his inspiration for the Mellon Collie album.

I was wondering the same. That’s like half of my Dolly Parton collection. Or One Direction. Or Whitney Houston. Or Justin Bieber. Come on!

I got the Oceania Live in NYC this Saturday, DVD+2CD version. The filming is pretty slow-paced, clearly made for 3D, but the show itself is really good. X.Y.U. is by far one of the coolest songs on there (goosebumps Arthur? ) and it’s cool to have an official release of The Dream Machine! So yeah, well worth it![/quote:97x0sz6v]
Absolutely! Also rockin’ out on the complete encore, and yes indeed, again goosebumps on X.Y.U.. I freakin’ love that song, it immediately brought me back to Paradiso!

Best deal ever. I paid a lot more (like 4 times that amount) a while back, and still thought it was a rather nice buy. :)

I think it will be an acoustic album that will sell OK, and a surprisingly different rock/metal album that nobody understands, but that will proof to be ‘lightyears ahead of its times’.

Yeah, I know what you mean. In fact, it became a ‘tradition’ on SPfreaks to black out these names on watermarked copies, but I think it is not really necessary. On so many promo releases, press kits, etc. we can find names and e-mails etc. However, those names have nothing to do with being the owner of a (watermarked) release. Still I’m curious why this watermarked release not only has a name, but also a number. Anyway, the audio/video on these watermarked releases should not be leaked, that’s what matters most.

A promo stating \"not for sale\" or \"promotional only\" is also a farce, I think. Manillascissor once posted some legal info about that. That was when one of the copies of Machina II vinyl was for sale on eBay and Billy declared in public, on Twitter, he owned the rights, if I remember well.

Anyway again; selling these watermarked promos being the person that received them, involves a risk. What if the new owner leaks the material, and ‘they’ find out?

The SPfreaks chatroom took a walk and got lost in internet heaven. :(

We now use Google Hangout or WhatsApp between the hardcores lol!

And you definately should visit our new outlets: Facebook, Twitter and WordPress. Links are on top of this page. :)

I’ll watch it soon, because I just obtained an UK watermarked promo 2cd/dvd set of Oceania Live in NYC. It’s the same type of thing as the UK Aeroplane reissue promo cd.
