Just my authentic Mashed Potatoes boxset, I don’t really have anything else that’d fit the description.[/quote:1ktskcfe]

    Well, well, well… :D

I think you got everyone beat![/quote:1ktskcfe]

He traded his other set with me for a TEITBITE cd single a few weeks back, but I thought it was not very worthwhile mentioning that…

Speaking of which (kinda), spfc.org still says that the Machina II in-house acetates are not legitimate. Anyone have proof of their authenticity? UK or US set?[/quote:2nhvu0zo]

SPFC.org should be updated. They are the only source telling the MII acetates are not legitimate, and I think that info is from the period that they didn’t know better. They are genuine, really.

I think this one is way more awesome. http://www.spfreaks.com is being linked from China!

    http://q.blog.sina.com.cn/pumpkins

(For those that don’t read Chinese, we are in the 3rd column, 6th section, middle link).

Hey thanks Arthur! That was relatively easy.

I’ve now ripped both CDs as FLAC files. They are very large. How do I get these to the proper people?[/quote:n79o93mh]

You don’t have a fast internet connection, right? Hmmm… If you had, http://www.yousendit.com could provide a solution for that. But just 1 example file to me, and I will send it onwards might work also. Or otherwise burn both 2 cds on cd-r and send them to me in my Xmas box?

what is shn or flac? how do i make such a file?[/quote:1dtylzw0]

    http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html

There I found this (links are provided on that page):

    http://flac.sourceforge.net/documentati … ml#windows

"If you want to rip CDs to FLAC, here is a short list of the most popular programs. Experts generally prefer EAC for the most accurate ripping. dbPowerAMP also does a fine job and is easier to set up.

-Windows Media Player (WMP) – Sorry, Microsoft has made it impossible to rip to FLAC in WMP; hopefully this will change eventually.
-Winamp – Winamp can rip to FLAC out of the box since version 5.31 if you download the Full version (not Lite).
-dbPowerAMP Music Converter – Install the FLAC plugin.
-Media Center/Media Jukebox – Install the Enc_FLAC plugin.
-Exact Audio Copy (EAC) – First install the official FLAC tools, then follow this guide. EAC is notoriously complex so here are some other guides: guide guide guide guide. EAC can also be set up with AutoFLAC, Omni Encoder, or MAREO to rip to FLAC or multiple formats at once.
-CDex – First install the official FLAC tools, then follow this guide."

where is this coming from Arthur?

Just my guts feeling that it could be a good match…

Ibanez, no Fender or Gibson. Ibanez make good bluesrock guitars.

    Melissa or Ginger?

I would go for Toyota and Harley Davidson. Best cars in the world, and most beautiful bikes in the world.

    And spicy (asian) food…

Lisa + Billy or Courtney + Billy?

Well, I just listened, but I cannot compare. Sending a FLAC or SHN file to 1 of our tech researchers (Sven or Jeroen) would work better I guess manillascissor. But Billy sure rocks out in France!

You girls are CRAZY creatures. For some reason it works indeed, the bald look. Every now and then I shave my head, and some girls just can’t resist touching it. (shhh don’t tell my girlfriend, she’s the jealous type sometimes  )

Strongly disagree, but that’s a guy talking here. When I would be in a gal’s shoe, I would consider this way hotter:

Billy with hair or Billy without[/quote:3o0tp0xu]
With. As it stands for his oldskool rocking period that I love so much. That raw energy from a starting band going to the top. I have nothing against the Billy without hair, don’t get me wrong. But I don’t have to find him uhmmm… attractive. I leave that to you girls.

The thing with my word-file is that I have a printout that I can carry with me on recordmarkets and other locations where I may find a SP record. Then I can see if I own it or not. It’s hard to keep track of all numbers in the head…..[/quote:1uyhnx3v]
Yeah, very true, I always have the same issues. Searching on eBay and then Alt-Tab back to SPfreaks.com is not a big deal, but every now and then I go to record fairs also. Mostly they have no wireless hotspot nor a little internet cafe. And that’s how I get doubles in my collection, when I forget my paper list…

Since I got a little PDA phone I can go to SPfreaks.com anyway sometimes, that’s pretty neato! I even post on the forum here sometimes from my PDA! 8)

I don’t understand…looks like you own everything listed on spfc.org?[/quote:2t7v5pyh]
I didn’t read that… JamesIha made a Word list of all the items on SPFC.org, and he has highlighted all the items he owns… It’s a HUGE list! Good job!

If somebody want to correct my link above, please. doesn’t seem to work.[/quote:3i1gx9ob]
I think it has to do with the spaces in the name maybe? It won’t download on my side also… But maybe that is because the name "SP_discography_Standard+Promo Egen.doc" changes to "SP_discography_Standard+Promo%20Egen.doc" all the time… (check the %20)

    *Edit: nevermind, it works now!

I have made a doc-file from the information available from spfc.org. For my own sake I made it. Now I can get in to the document and "redmark" all the records that I own.[/quote:v73n83uu]
You might be very happy in a few months when you happen to stick around here JamesIha! RedWolf, the programmer of this all, has almost finished a collectors feature called My Collection. He is extremely busy on another IT project (that even pays! ) so it’s set back big time unfortunately. But someday soon it will be finished, I’m sure. Read a little bit more about it here:

Yeah I know what you mean, absolutely. When I was into politics I would implement a new rule that the youngest get the highest salary (because they need to build things up quickly), and when people get older, their salary will be getting lower and lower… It’s unfair when you see those oldies having everything, and still getting a million a year on pension money!

Well, I wasn’t voted so far, so maybe I have the wrong idea about this.

Anyway, still into Pumpkins also, or losing interest maybe? Can happen you know…
