I don’t see them much, because I’m not looking around (have them already). But they are not that rare I guess, rather standard release. What do you call a good price, around 5 bucks?

For some reason a song by The Offspring – Pretty Shy, ehmm… Fly For A White Guy comes to mind.

very awesome clue-in, shawn, thanks immensely for the heads up. and yes, i can also buy a few extras for anyone overseas. let me know.[/quote:31temah3]
Same compliments from me Shawn, you rock.

If there is enough stock, I would like a copy too. Shirt biggest size available, if that is an option. I can share shipment costs with Sven, since we live very close to each other. Almost walking distance. Almost. ;)

Pretty cool. But I’m waiting for an original set of Mashed Potatoes, that would make my day. Not my wallet’s day, I’m sure.

He also told me details about the band’s Mellon Collie reissue, which will come with 70 – yes, 70 – extra tracks spread over five discs, and juicy details about the Pumpkins’ next record, a planned double album for which he’ll let punters decide the tracklisting.[/quote:3l3ruilm][/quote:3l3ruilm]
64 extra tracks on three discs, it turned out. Or 78 on four discs, if you include the dvd. Awesome set, we saw in the other thread.

Anyway, I wondered… The Mellon Collie original 1995 release is close to reaching the 10 million copies sold status in the US. The band already received a 9M award on September 17th, 2001. So now we definately will see a boost again in the sales of this album, with the reissue. Will the number of reissue copies sold be counted for the 10M award? Just wondering…[/quote:22eiahds]
I had noooo idea it was that close already. They don’t need the reissue for it anymore.

Hi alberto, welcome here! I truly love your initiative! 8)

And I think I can help you with most of the Smashing Pumpkins rarities (except for the officially released ones, they are not supposed to be spread, I mean I want to avoid troubles with that. I’m sure you get what I mean  )

Now that you are running this initiative, would it be possible that you host some old SPfreaks Compliations that will be re-released very soon, including a new one?

And are you maybe from NL, like me, by the way? I noticed NL in that web address lol. That would make things much easier maybe, since we might live close to each other. Think Den Haag (Voorburg) for my residence. Let me know!

I didn’t see them being announced, but Coldplay was on the list I noticed. Funny, I have just seen Coldplay play live a few days ago, just around the corner where I live, in The Hague, Malieveld. 75,000 people showed up, it was sold out in March already. I was not impressed by their music to be honest, but the show was nice. Lots of fireworks and other special effects. :)

Few little corrections, as mentioned on July 14… TW is EU pressing + local obi, and the UK promo doesn’t need the question mark anymore. :)

oh dear, urgent intervention is needed here, before it all goes horribly wrong.
You haven’t played Rockabye Baby yet?[/quote:2r3yzrcu]
    No, not yet. Will do!

But really, I tried several clips from YouTube, and none was interesting enough. Till I came with that hardstyle thingy, then Aydan looked at the screen and started moving his little feet like he was dancing! Quite funny, to say the least!

Talking about intervention needed… Here is our rebel king, as we surprised him a few weeks ago.
