SuperlordspamulonSpectatorI’ve been listening to Placebo far too much than is probably healthy for my sanity/sexuality. Particularly their first album.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorHave Placebo been recommended yet? Well, I’ll recommend them. They are this deliciously, androgynously, bi-curiously, fucked up alternative rock band. They’re also British.
Check out their song Nancy Boy:

And also Special K:

SuperlordspamulonSpectatorNot a band, but rather one very particular song – the theme song from the game Mirror’s Edge. With the vocal talents of the Swedish pop/rock star, Lisa Miskovsky. Apparently.
A very good song, and I’m not even into trance music!

SuperlordspamulonSpectatorI’ve just finished my FIRST EVER CV for some work experience I’m hoping to get.
So the only way to celebrate is to listen to Explosions In The Sky and play LittleBigPlanet.

SuperlordspamulonSpectatorOh! I have those! Give me a while and I’ll upload them to mediafire, or something.

SuperlordspamulonSpectatorThey better release those as a physically.
Like, together. Or something.
A double A-side single!
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorhaha, good job
especially because you had to take a trip across the pond and commit voter fraud to do it
[/quote:2gozfvzj]
Once again showing how freaking HARD I voted in this election!
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorHell yeah I voted! I voted the shit out of that place! I voted so hard that the ballot machine had to be REPLACED so that the votes could continue! Then I voted THAT machine down into the ground! THAT is how hard I voted in this election!
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorOMFGYESYESYESOYESAAAAARGHAASDFGHGJKL!
I have just received an email saying that LittleBigPlanet has been dispatched to my house!
FUCKING FINALLY!!!
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorWow. Some of these are absolutely amazing.
And being honest – the ones where MSPaint was used in lieu of Photoshop are quite hilarious. Sure, they had a great concept, but the execution tended to be quite amusing.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorI hope the winner of the Palin doll burns it. And posts a video of it on youtube.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorEgads! I’m ridiculously addicted to the Mirror’s Edge demo!
It is so freaking good!
I recommend people go play it. So good.
Also, I’ve ordered Fallout 3. Woo!
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorBleh. I was pretty miserable for a while, just a few minutes ago, but I’m feeling better now. Receiving cards from people (including friends of the family, who live in Australia!) has made me feel better, as has listening to Sigur Ros. Seriously, you can’t stay sad listening to Glosoli.
Also:
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorHappy birthday to me, happy birthday to me…
(also, I saw Kill Hannah live last night. Fucking awesome show.)
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorI follow the Bible. I’ve found a religion that studies it, meets together, studies it together, and is unified across the world. Each group doesn’t have different standards and different rules.[/quote:w0thz7wp]
…wow.
You know so little about Christianity. It is arguably the most divided and differing modern religion across denominations.
You have Catholics and Protestants – very different. Catholicism has things such as mass, the Eucharist and so forth. It has so much more rituals and frills than protestantism, which is fairly stark in nature. Catholics believe the Pope to hear God, or something. Just abut every other denomination doesn’t.
And then you get beliefs – you have your young earth creationists, and you have your people that believe in the big bang. You have the homophobes (*cough*WBC*ahem*) and the people who believe god loves everybody. You have your fundamentalists and your liberals. You have pro-lifers and pro-choicers.
And there is so much more. Christianity is unbelievably inconsistent across denominations. There are so many differing standards and rules.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorI don’t have money to afford a collection![/quote:3tuxzmmu]
Me neither. My rarest significant SP thing is probably TAFH. And I’ve been on this forum since the beginning. Back when the vast, vast majority of the users (all 5 of them) were all hardcore collectors.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorLiving in a different country, will lose all faith in humanity if McCain wins.
SuperlordspamulonSpectatorWell, good luck everybody.
I hope you win!
