Ok, I just did a test with IE7 – I got pop ups.

But then I tested Firefox, I didn’t get pop ups.

So, if you want to browse without pop ups, use firefox i guess?

oh come now superlord  can’t Arthur win on anything [/quote:2i3adxxn]

No! He’s the admin, he’s not allowed to win. It’s against the rules.

in reply to: SPfreaks’ Epic Live Compilation #22597

Yeah, I got bored and eventually downloaded them individually…

    OH WELL

Also, couldn’t you have used something other than paint for the covers? It’s just that it all looks… well, bit unprofessional. No cover to anything should have aliased fonts :(

Tell me what you think about it! The shows contrast so much, the Mexico one is so dramatic and with this total prepared scenario…and then the NJ show is just them and the people. And it contains the new song which title hasn’t been revealed because Gerard knows that we’re going to bitch about it if they change it.[/quote:iops5en9]

I thought it was awesome. The Mexico show was alright – a bit boring, because mostly what they did was just play the songs. Although seeing Gerard do the Chicken dance makes it all better. It’s on DVD!!! Heh, awesome.

The NJ show is really fucking awesome. MCR just seemed so friendly and so incredibly down to earth. That and the show was plain awesome. And the untitled song goes by the name ‘Stay’ in the fandom

There’s also another new song they did, in Hong Kong. It’s now called the ‘Hong Kong song’.

what is it? i am not going there to get a virus.[/quote:3lza3dvo]

You won’t get a virus from simply visiting their site. The webmasters there are, I’m pretty sure, not malicious.[/quote:3lza3dvo]

its the popups. i got a virus and spy cookies the other day and so did a couple others on thepumpkins.net. plus my internet crashes when i open netphoria at home. i opened it at work though to check the link.[/quote:3lza3dvo]

well, as soon as i go to netphoria, my computer freezes up, and goes all haywire, i don’t know what it is, but i don’t want it.

so can someone just tell me what it is?[/quote:3lza3dvo]

    A bit late, but meh.

Firstly, what browser are you using? If it’s Internet Explorer 6, realize that it’s absolutely terrible with a ton of security holes and upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.

Secondly, realize that Internet Explorer is, on the whole, not a very good browser, and download Firefox.

In either case, they both have built in pop up blockers as well as other useful security tools.

I see. Any news on another release from them any time soon?[/quote:kd5a9hgv]

They’re taking a break. They’ve practically been on the road nonstop since their debut, except to record albums.

The Black Parade is Dead – What is this?[/quote:d193xf9p]

My Chemical Romance’s live CD/DVD. It’s called TBPID because the show they filmed was the last show where they performed as ‘The Black Parade’. They had performed part of their set during TBP world tour in costumes and with more theatrics.

The other day, I went into Oxford (it’s a city in England) with my Dad and sisters, because my sisters were going to stay at my aunt’s place for a few days. So yeah, I did a bit of shopping there, bot myself Sigur Ros’ ‘Agaetis Byrjun’, MCR’s ‘The Black Parade Is Dead!’ and Kill Hannah’s ‘Until There’s Nothing Left Of Us’ (UK release, as well as a book – ‘Trainspotting’ by Irvine Welsh. Yay!

in reply to: SPfreaks’ Epic Live Compilation #22583

Awesome. Thanks for compiling all this Arthur. Once someone zips them all, I’ll be sure to download and kill 5 hours with ‘pumpkins

in reply to: SPfreaks’ Epic Live Compilation #22545

Once this has been finished, can someone put them all in a zip/rar and upload that? I really can’t be bothered to download each individual song…

Well, I can’t offer much in the way of advice, but I hope everything works out for you.

And yeah… I think the fact that the site is a collector’s site means that some people aren’t interested enough to join the forum, as they are not collectors, or for whatever reason. So you only get a few people here to begin with, and it slowly grows, allowing this to become more of a close-knit community.

in reply to: holy crap dudes this is awesome #18708

Fact is, I’m buying my stuffs from the same places as you guys…[/quote:2hjopt2j]

Oh, so you personally know Jimmy as well?

in reply to: Favorite Album: Favorite to Least Favorite #22376

    MCIS
    Siamese Dream
    Pisces Iscariot
    Adore
    Gish
    Machina II
    Machina
    Zeitgeist

But the thing is, I like some of the albums in very different ways to the other, so this is more of an approximation more than anything.

in reply to: What is the latest Pumpkins related item you bought? #6050

Not to mention the Swedish misprinted test pressing that contains artwork of a Scandinavian porn movie.[/quote:hfd5dhag]

Nope, I’m pretty sure those are in the regular edition

in reply to: What is the latest Pumpkins related item you bought? #6026

    Have you watched it ?
Really curious do know if its any good [/quote:kixnzvk6]

I just want to know what it is!

in reply to: August 8th #22267

    1) They misspelled ‘Mayonaise’

    2) TBITEITB is used in the Watchmen trailer, not TEITBITE

Because of those two points, a pretty poor review in my opinion.
