Hi Sven,i have this magazine somewhere in my Smashing Pumpkins magazine chaos… I’ll try to find & scan it…
mr.benwaySpectatorHiho…
Today i’ve received a lucky eBay-find.
A Tourbook from the Zeitgeist Summer Tour 2007 (August – September 2007).
It’s a our book in pocket-size (8cm x 12,5cm) (uhh, don’t ask me whats this in these abnormally dimensions like ‘inches’ )A little detail: Lisa ‘Harriton’ islisted as Lisa ‘Navarro’. Does anybody know something about this name-change-thing? Was she married / divorced? (SpFreaks gossip-style )
mr.benwaySpectatorAlmost 40 new magazines (sorry Werner, no full articles… ) from:

mr.benwaySpectatorNew book about Smashing Pumpkins albums [/quote:29nshtnv]
It’s not new, it’s only a wikipedia-article in book-form.Books LLC is compiling wikipedia articles and is publishing them as books. So don’t buy these books
See also theThe book doesn’t list an author. Who wrote it?
Content in books with no author usually comes from Wikipedia. If you own the book please check the book’s bibliographic page, introduction and the end of each chapter for further details. For example, you can click the hyperlink at the end of any chapter and then click the history tab to see a list of each chapter’s contributors. Otherwise, please click the Details link on the search results page for details. How do I access the online edition of a book?
The online edition of a Book LLC book is at http://en.wikipedia.org/Category: followed by the title of the book before the colon. You will find that URL on the copyright page and in the Introduction chapter. Each chapter in the book also ends with a URL to a hyperlinked online version. Use the online version to access related pages, websites, footnote URLs. Please type the URL exactly the way it appears. Any change to capitalization, for example, will cause the URL to not work.

mr.benwaySpectatorHere are the ‘missing’ mp3-files (see list above): http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IKYORH3I
mr.benwaySpectatorThese are the original files from the first download at Netphoria. I’m not sure if somebody has Flac-files without the checksum-error.[/quote:2brjskk7]
the "leak" contained the flac files with the errors. so the errorfree files aren’t out there.
[/quote:2brjskk7]
Thanks, for the info.but i believe it’s possible to decode through the errors (ignore them), and that you won’t hear it in the result.[/quote:2brjskk7]
Yepp, you’re right. TLH (Traders Little Helper) has an option "convert & ignoring errors" and you can convert them to wav-files. And i didn’t hear any errors in the result.I’ll upload the missing files tomorrow.
mr.benwaySpectatorHere we go.

mr.benwaySpectatorHi Ayoe,
i’ve have these shows somewhere in my digital chaos. But i have only the flac-files. Perhaps somebody else has these shows already encoded to mp3. If not i will encode the shows. I think i can do this ’til the end of next week.

mr.benwaySpectatorI thought this could be added to the database. it is a canadian promo of Still Becoming Apart. The sleeve is the exact same as the US version, but on the CD it has the Virgin Canada Logo. Here is the matrix code:
72 4384902124D2 CA 1-1-4 MASTERED BY EMI MFG. IFPI L043 ifpi 1F08…. A bit different from the US one.
[/quote:2s05esop]I have the same release in my collection. I thought it was the American release , but it’s really an Canadian release (see ifpi-codes for ). The "Virgin Canada" can hardly be seen.
mr.benwaySpectatorMany thanks for uploading.

mr.benwaySpectatorThe Nits *
* Never introduced this band here, I have seen them live like 15 times though… This is what they do. And you might want to check out the songs Nescio, Port Of Amsterdam and In The Dutch Mountains also…
[/quote:pt2mbst2]
Phantastic band. Unfortunately i’ve never seen them live. But what a coincidence: the Nits are on tour in October, November & December. And they are playing in Heerlen (October 6th) and i have tickets. Yay . (playing also in Den Haag, November 6th).And here is a list of concerts i’ve visited: http://www.rigmarole.de/konzertkalender.html
mr.benwaySpectatorI wonder who’ll be looking after it now Quinto’s gone[/quote:10r1l2aa]
Huh? When/where did you find/get this information?
mr.benwaySpectatorCongrats!
I think it was a crazy idea to start a project like this, but i appreciate very much.
And now we add some more ZEROs.
mr.benwaySpectatorHere is a family picture of my colored Siamese Dream Vinyls, the ‘new’ one in the middle.
The ‘orange’ is a little bit translucent.
mr.benwaySpectatorI’m back in collector-country. And my journey wasn’t cold or bald.
Finally i’ve bought an ‘pink’ Siamese Dream. I also found a ‘new’ color.
It looks a little bit like a mixture between the maroon/purple and some orange. CoolAsIceCream, do you have a name for this color?
mr.benwaySpectatorWOW. That’s cool.
mr.benwaySpectatorSelling out my collection [/quote:1m0zzzbd]
Oooops. These are sad news.
You have a phantastic collection, and it’s a shame you have to sell it.
mr.benwaySpectatorIt finally went for a rather fair price (220 dollar), someone here grabbed it I hope?[/quote:26nysxep]
Ay, Sir! I was the lucky bidder.
And today i received the cd. It’s a phantastic addition to my French Promos. And now i’m a "serious collector".
